By gathering top-tier barrels of mature Scotch whisky (averaging five years in wood) and pairing them with robust American Bourbon (aged for two), he created an entirely new category of flavor. The two liquids are masterfully blended and returned to bourbon barrels for a final, smoothing finish.

It opens on the nose with an unusual combination of toasty oak and sweet sherry, beautifully lifted by delicate fruit and floral aromas. On the tongue, the palate is deeply rounded, delivering classic malty flavors balanced by rich sherry notes. It finishes with a clean, slightly oily nuttiness and warm oak. Highly decorated with Silver and Bronze medals across major global spirits competitions since 2017, this is a blend built to be savored strictly neat or with a cube of ice.
